At Kundan Jewar, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, from easy delivery to hassle-free returns. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding our delivery and return policies.
1. Delivery Information
- Delivery Locations: We offer delivery across India. We do not currently offer international shipping but plan to expand in the future.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may experience a slight delay in processing.
- Delivery Time:
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch for most locations within India.
- Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).
- Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₹999 or as per current promotions).
- For orders below the minimum threshold, a shipping fee will be applied, depending on the delivery location.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you purchase from Kundan Jewar. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Policy
- Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@kundanjewar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You can drop off the package at your nearest courier partner location.
- Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges for items of the same value or higher (you will be required to pay the difference for items of higher value).
- To exchange an item, follow the same return process. Once the item is returned, we will ship the replacement to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Send an email to support@kundanjewar.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry that has been customized or personalized
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. Cancellation of Orders
- You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return and exchange process will apply.
